Our flocks of Free Range Chickens produce beautiful clean and fresh eggs. These are collected and graded daily ensuring that they get to you in the best condition possible. Did you know that British Free Range Eggs were on the decline with customers being forced to buy imported eggs, but since 2019 that has now started to change. We want to build on that and ensure that our customers can revel in the knowledge of having a totally local quality product. £1.95/6 large, £6/tray of medium, alternatively, sponsor a Hen for £16.25/month and get 12 large eggs per week. LAMB and MUTTON – Scottish Blackface or Blackface/Blue Leicester Mule
The Lambs have been bred from pure Scottish Blackface ewes using a Blue Leicester ram, creating a strong and traditional flavoured mule lamb. The Mutton is from at least 6 year old sheep and is succulent and flavoursome. The meat is butchered, vacuum packed and labelled by Scotts or Walkers Butchery. This ensures it is prepared and presented to the very best standard and ready for cooking or alternatively, freezing for up to six months.

Townhead Farm Turkeys are allowed to free range, growing in a natural environment while being fed with feed cereals that are free from additives.
Hand plucked, hung in chilled conditions and after final preparation, delivered ready for the roasting tin. The slow grown, farm prepared process is proven to add to a fuller flavour and should ensure your enjoyment. |

PORK – Not Currently availableThe Pigs are a mixture of rare and traditional breeds. They live outside throughout the year, utilising an assortment of straw filled shelters should they feel the need to take cover. This lifestyle all adds to their strong and healthy existence; pig happiness being good food, a wallow in mud mixed up with the opportunity to root away followed by a good run and scratch on a tree.
