Scottish Texel lamb

The Lambs have been bred from Scottish Mule home bred Ewes crossed with a texel tup creating a strong and traditional flavoured texel lamb. The meat is butchered, vacuum packed and labelled by our local Scotts or McSorleys Butchery. This ensures it is prepared and presented to the very best standard and ready for cooking or alternatively, freezing for up to six months.
