Jelly Legs Gin Recipes
Enjoy our wonderful Bramble and Dry gins all year around with these tasty and refreshing recipes.

Spring Lamb Fizz
Jelly Legs Helensburgh Dry Gin
Elderflower cordial
Fresh lemon juice
Sprigs of fresh mint
Egg white (for a foamy top – optional but adds a “woolly” touch!)
Top with soda water or a light sparkling elderflower tonic
Garnish: mint sprig and edible flower (like viola or pansy)
Optional: mini chocolate lamb on the side for Easter flair

The Bramble Bloom
50ml Jelly Legs Bramble Gin
150ml Elderflower presse (or cordial + soda water)
10ml Lemon juice (fresh is best)
1Tsp of Monin Blueberry Syrup
A few fresh blueberries
Ice
Optional: Mint sprig or edible flowers to garnish
Optional twist: Muddle a few blueberries in the bottom of the glass for extra fruitiness!
A Gin & Wobble
1 pack flavoured jelly (we love lemon, lime, or berry)
250ml boiling water
200ml chilled tonic water
150ml Jelly Legs Gin
Optional: fresh fruit, mint, or edible flowers for garnish
How to make:
1. Dissolve jelly in boiling water.
2. Cool slightly, then stir in tonic water and Jelly Legs Gin.
3. Pour into glasses/moulds and chill for 3–4 hours.
4. Garnish, serve, and prepare for the wobble.
