Delivery Options
Due to the nature of our business, we offer several different delivery options depending on your location and requirements.

Below is a breakdown of how your order will be processed depending on what option you chose at checkout:

£6.00 Shipping

If you are having your gin or cheese order shipped to you within the UK, your order should be with you within 3-5 business days.

It will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For, so you will need to be in to accept delivery. Please do let us know if you havn't received your order after 10 business days.

Free Local Delivery

If you have chosen free local delivery (within the G84 postcode area), the delivery schedule is below:

Cardross: Tuesday evenings
Rhu, Shandon and Garelochhead: Wednesday mornings
Helensburgh East: Thursday mornings
Dumbarton: Thursday afternoons
Helensburgh West: Friday mornings
Balloch: Saturday mornings

Free Collection

You are able to collect your order from our farm at the address below. Please check in with us by calling 01436 678895 to make sure we will be around when you plan to come as we are often on the road making our deliveries. 

You can find us at Townhead Farm, Helensburgh, G84 7LD (view on map). Please take care as the road leading to the farm is uneven.
Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns on any unopened, non-perishable item(s) (including our Jelly Legs Gin and Compost). We cannot accept returns on perishable items (such as eggs, cheese or meat) unless there is a justified reason (such as damaged items) due to health and safety.

To return any Jelly Legs gin orders that have been shipped to you, you can return the unopened and undamaged item to us at your own cost to Townhead Farm, Helensburgh, G84 7LD.

For any returns, please contact us at enquiries@townheadfarm.net FIRST before sending any items back to us with details of what item you would like to return and why.

Any Jelly Legs gin that arrives damaged we will happily replace upon proof that the item you have received is damaged (by sending us a photo to enquiries@townheadfarm.net). 

We do not offer any refunds unless the item(s) you receive are damaged, of which we will require proof.
