Scottish Texel lambs

Our Lambs have been bred from pure Scottish home bred Mule ewes and crossed with a texel tup creating a strong and traditional flavoured texel lamb. The meat is butchered, vacuum packed and labelled by our local Scotts or McSorleys Butchery. This ensures it is prepared and presented to the very best standard and ready for cooking or alternatively, freezing for up to one year.

Each whole lamb box contains:

• 2 Racks of lamb

• Double loin chops x 3

• Chump chops x 2

• Gigot chops x 6

• Diced x 2

• Rolled shoulder for roasting x 4

• Shanks x 2

• Burgers x 3

• Mince x 3

• Kidneys
